Hi, I’m Mariah
I'm a somatic practitioner, trauma-informed guide, and mystic devoted to helping people come back to the safety and sacredness of their bodies.
My path began in the shadows. For years, I lived with depression, anxiety, and cycles of addiction, turning to food, marijuana, and overworking in an endless search for safety, control, and love. I abandoned myself over and over again, chasing a life that looked good on the outside but left my soul aching.
My healing wasn’t linear. It was cellular. It was a slow and gentle homecoming through nervous system regulation, somatic healing, spiritual devotion, and deep inner reparenting. Piece by piece, I returned to myself.
Now, everything I teach comes from lived experience. I believe that pain is a portal, that safety is sacred, and that the body never lies. My work is an invitation to stop performing, to soften the walls around your heart, and to remember who you are beneath all the patterns - in your body.
